Additionally, she utilises specialised pregnancy support wedges for her machines, ensuring that clients remain comfortable and secure while using the reformers during pregnancy. Jennifer advises pregnant or post partum clients to book private 1:1 classes however those with good levels of fitness are welcome to group classes
